How can you contact PSIPROformance  regarding a price match?
Please feel free to contact us  regarding a potential price matching. We are willing to match vendors advertised prices, sale prices, and in some cases limited time offer prices.

Which items will PSI price match?
We will do everything we can to match any price. The item must be in stock and ready to ship with the designated vendor. The item must be identical (Brand, Make, & Model) including the part number to qualify.

Will PSI match EBAY prices?
Please contact us regarding a potential Ebay purchase. If the vendor is inside the USA we may be able to match or beat the listed price. However, Auctions do not apply, only Buy it now or Fixed Prices.

What does PSIPROformance  consider as Proof of a price?
We consider the following as valid proof of pricing:

  • A link from the vendor's website
  • A legitimate email from the vendor (including the vendor's email address and contact information)
  • A print ad from vendor

We reserve the right to verify the price and availability of an item for price matching.

Which items are not available for price matching?
PSI does not price match the following:

  • International Sales
  • Discontinued Items
  • Group Buy Offers
  • Clearance / Liquidation Sales
  • Used Parts
  • Shipping / Freight Costs

What is PSI PROformance's policy regarding not in stock or limited quantity items ?
Occasionally limited quantity items are given special pricing, and in some cases are discontinued items.
If the item is out of stock or unavailable from the vendor; it is not eligible for price matching.

How do Coupons / Gift Cards effect the price match policy
PSIPROFORMANCE Inc. Coupons / Rebates / Gift Cards are excluded from price matching.

Are price match purchases limited by quantity?
PSI reserves the right to limit the quantity of an item purchased, this is applicable for both Wholesale and  Individual customer purchases.

All custom/aftermarket parts and modifications are for off road/racing use only. The customer is responsible for obeying all Federal, State, and Local laws. PSIProformance, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any misuse of vehicles and/or products.

Shipping Policy

PSI PROformance Inc. uses the safest and most reliable shipping services to ship out your order. Your order will be shipped out by UPS, FedEx, or Truck freight - fully insured and with a tracking number. Please give us a call, use our live help, or email our sales team along with the zip code for a shipping quote
Return Policy
If a product does not remain serviceable for the full warranty period, then upon return of the defective unit to PSI PROformance inc. by the buyer, PSI PROformance Inc. will, at its sole discretion, either provide a product exchange or refund Less shipping and restocking fee's.
Some items may require manufacturers approval before return for warranty claims
No return or adjustments after  on any installed products.
Core needs to return within 30 days for full refund. Cores will not be accepted past 30 days.
All returns, new or used, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Special order parts or not refundable and special order deposits are not refundable.
Items must be returned in the condition and packaging that it was received in, PSIPROformance Inc holds the right to refuse refund of any products thought to be previously installed or used
All returned checks are subject to a $35 service charge.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees including canceled and refused orders.
