We are a preferred repair facility for many insurance companies. We communicate with your insurance company and handle all aspects of the repair including billing and additional repairs. When any additional work is needed, we inform the insurance company immediately, getting same day or next day approval, thereby keeping delays to a minimum.
By law the vehicle owner has certain rights: 1) You have the right to choose your repair facility. We recommend that your decision about where to have your vehicle repaired be based on the quality, dependability of the repair, and convenience rather than the amount of the estimate. The final amount can and often does change due to hidden damage and parts price increase. 2) Steering: This is a term that we use to describe the way some insurance companies try to convince you that you need to have your car repaired at a body shop of their choice. This is to their advantage and not yours. They pay their shops a lower rate and use less expensive parts sometimes sacrificing the quality of the repair.
We specialize in helping our customers with upgrading their parts with something of their choice when repairing in the event of an accident. This is a good excuse for getting that carbon fiber hood, body kit or lighting upgrade. In some cases mechanical parts get damaged and is also a good time to upgrade intercoolers, wheels/tires, Intake and exhaust.
Not only do we perform collision work but also we offer House of Kolor and lifetime warranty Dupont paints for custom services. We can help you pick a color or effect by using our complete line of House of Kolor paint colors. The body shop is able to mix custom paint, body fabrication, fiberglass and urethane body kits. Don't forget we can paint your parts, anything from the interior, engine compartment to wheels, spoilers or carbon fiber parts.
